Difficulty levels defining are considered several variables: length, terrain, slope, length. Therefore, you can find a route of 10 km classified as level 1 and another level 2. Recommended Initiation levels for: 

 

LEVEL 1: Activity initiation for people who do not exercise on a regular basis. Career paths for easy and with few gaps. 

 

LEVEL 1 +: Activity for people in normal physical form. It is also a good level of initiation. Career paths for easy and accented with little gaps. 

 

 

LEVEL 2: Activity for usual trekers or persons who commit regular exercise. Career paths in sometimes difficult and accented with some gaps.

 

LEVEL 2 +: Activity for usual trekers treking or people in good physical condition. Career paths for difficult and with pronounced gaps.

 

LEVEL 3: Activity thought to trekers with some experience and in good physical condition. Routes with large gaps, with roads difficult and sometimes non-existent. "
