Difficulty
levels defining are considered several variables: length, terrain, slope,
length. Therefore, you can find a route of 10 km classified as level 1 and
another level 2. It must take into account the levels specified for each
journey and select what is most suited to their physical state. We suggest
you start your treking / hiking levels by 1 or 1 + to adjust gradually to
levels of difficulty are emerging in the levels

Recommended Initiation levels
for:
LEVEL
1: Activity initiation for people who do not exercise on a regular basis.
Career paths for easy and with few gaps.
LEVEL 1 +: Activity for people in
normal physical form. It is also a good level of initiation. Career paths
for easy and accented with little gaps.

LEVEL 2: Activity for usual trekers or persons who
commit regular exercise. Career paths in sometimes difficult and accented
with some gaps.
LEVEL 2 +: Activity for usual trekers treking or people
in good physical condition. Career paths for difficult and with pronounced
gaps.
LEVEL 3: Activity thought to trekers with some
experience and in good physical condition. Routes with large gaps, with
roads difficult and sometimes non-existent.
