Presentation Starting our track in the beautiful town of Azenhas do Mar, we will head north along cliffs and beaches, until São Julião Accompanying the extensive sand line, we will stroll by numerous beaches and small coves. Aguda, Magoito, Samarra…ending at the beautiful beach of São Julião. With Ericeira at our sight, further north, we wait for a next opportunity to proceed the track and visit those beautiful sights. Program 9h00 – Meeting at São Julião 9h30 – Dislocation to Azenhas do Mar 9h55 – Briefing 10h00 – Beginning of the activity 14h30 – Ending of activity (estimate) Meeting point – Parking Lot at São Julião Beach Although the meeting point is located at the São Julião Beach, we will initiate our walk at Azenhas do Mar, afterwards we will provide the necessary automobile logistics for the return at the end of our hike. Descritivo Description In this moderately difficult walk, we will hike either along cliff tops either by the extent of the sand line that wait for us at the bottom inviting to refresh our feet and our spirit. A path that initiates in the fair town of Azenhas do Mar, immediately foresees the amazing views that accompany us throughout the trek, the highly cut shore line from Roca’s Cape till Ericeira and the clear water coves down below. Walking the cliff in wandering tracks, we will follow from above the sand line that starts in the Aguda beach and go along until Magoito. As we stroll among bare cliffs and cultivated fields we admire the concealed bays that appear. We will pass on Samarra’s beach and later, arriving at Vide’s beach, where we go down to cover the extensive sand until our destination, São Julião.
